Introducing Bobby Baker, the internationally acclaimed artist and one of Haringey's Liberty Festival associate artists.

The Mayor of London’s flagship disability arts festival is coming to Haringey in 2027! Keep up to date with the latest Liberty news here.
Liberty is the Mayor of London’s flagship disability arts festival, platforming some of the most exciting disabled creatives in every London Borough of Culture and showcasing bold, innovative work that excites, challenges and reframes disability.
The next Liberty Festival will take place in Haringey in November 2027! We'll be announcing what's in store in March 2027. In the meantime, meet some of the people making it happen.
The Cloud Club is an advisory group of local D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent creative and community voices who were recruited through an open call. Their role is to help shape Haringey's Liberty Festival 2027, and ensure all our programming is inclusive and accessible.
It is named after Tottenham resident Luke Howard, whose 1802 'Essay on the Modification of Clouds' challenged the established belief that clouds were unclassifiable but instead ordered and patterned phenomena worthy of scientific study. He named over 100 types of clouds, from the cumulus humilis to the cirrus uncinus, from the rare to the transient. The Cloud Club's work aims to be both groundbreaking and inspirational, just like Howard's.
